Historically “over” 84% of home sellers list their homes with Realtors who can be family or a close friend without much experience, or with the agent who gave the homeowners the highest list price and/or the agent who did not ask the sellers to make a change or little change in the house which could get the house sold and for a good price. So, what if the homeowners did hire the right agent?” With a really good Realtor, your house can still get multiple offers and sell within days. At times higher than you might expect, too.
